Testimony of
Agam Yosefzon
Agam Yosefson arrived at the Nova music festival early in the morning, with her partner and friends. When the red alerts began, they drove to a small bomb shelter near the Re’im junction, where they huddled with other people. But the terrorists reached them and, shouting, threw grenades into the shelter and shot at them, killing some of her friends and many others. Agam thought she had been killed by the explosions. When she woke up she could see she was covered in blood. Her partner was also injured. For hours, they stayed there with others, repeatedly calling the police. Agam tried to help her partner clear away the dead bodies that were all around them. They heard the terrorists trying to set fire to the shelter. After a few hours, a military officer colonel and a civilian arrived at the scene and evacuated them by car to a gas station, and from there to the Soroka Medical Center.
